Overview
Join to apply for the Family Attorney role at Marshall & Taylor PLLC
. Our law group is growing, and we are looking for a sharp family attorney who will zealously represent clients in all areas of family law. You’ll assist individuals in a variety of situations, such as navigating settlement agreements and attending court hearings for custody, support and other family law matters.
- Manage a full private-practice caseload with at least 5 years of experience.
- Represent clients in settlements and in court hearings for custody, support and other family law matters.
- Maintain composure, negotiate, and argue effectively in emotional and high-stress situations.
- Connect with clients and provide value during difficult times.
- Minimum 5 years of private-practice experience handling a full caseload.
- Ability to maintain composure, negotiate, and advocate effectively.
- Strong client-relations skills and empathy for clients facing challenging circumstances.
Compensation: 120,000+ depending on experience and performance.
