, a rapidly growing plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated Spanish Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled paralegal with a background in handling personal injury cases to join our dedicated team. • Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.
• Obtain, review, and organize damage information.
• Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval.
• Draft settlement calculations and agreements.
• Ensure that cases are progressing in a timely manner.
• Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail.

• 2+ years paralegal experience handling personal injury cases.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  , both written and spoken. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
