- Plaintiff Employment Lead Attorneys/Partners Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law. Our plaintiff-focused firm is searching for a Senior Employment Attorney (or Partner-level candidate) with 10 years of trial-tested experience to join our growing team in North Carolina.

That means the right fit matters more than your location—but we are particularly interested in candidates based in Charlotte or the Triangle (Raleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill) area.
- Active North Carolina Bar license (or eligibility to be waived in — firm will support)
- 10 years of employment litigation experience, with a proven trial record
- Deep knowledge of federal & state employment law, civil procedure, and evidence rules
- Strong negotiation, trial advocacy, and client communication skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to firm systems
- Committed to client service and achieving quality results
- No book of business required
