As a Litigation Attorney with experience in Mass Torts, you will play a crucial role in managing the firm’s involvement in complex, multi‑jurisdiction mass tort litigation cases. Leveraging your extensive experience and in‑depth knowledge of mass tort laws and procedures, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of these high‑profile matters, from conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and motions to coordinating with clients and co‑counsel.

• Manage all aspects of mass tort litigation, including case strategy development, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research to support the firm’s litigation efforts.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with clients, co‑counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful resolution of mass tort cases.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments in mass tort law and best practices.

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in NC and SC.
• 3–6 years of experience in complex litigation, with a focus on mass tort cases.
• Demonstrated expertise in navigating the unique challenges and procedures associated with multi‑jurisdiction litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
