What You'll Do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on their cases
• Collect and organize damage and medical documentation
• Draft settlement proposals, calculations, and agreements for attorney review
• Ensure timely progression of cases
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and file maintenance

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal working on personal injury cases
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
• Comfortable in handling 50-60+ active cases
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
