Requirements:
- Strong research and writing skills for complex matters
- 4-6 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents, collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and providing strategic legal guidance, conducting due diligence, and managing closing processes for real estate transactions.
