Service Porter

BMW of Raleigh is seeking a Service Porter to join our team. Primary responsibilities include keeping vehicle inventory organized, managing vehicle pathways, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises.

• Meet and greet clients in the service drive.
• Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day.
• Park vehicles after advisor check‑in, pull vehicles down after completion when client arrives.
• Keep the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently.
• Get vehicles to/from wash as needed.
• Track completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver’s license.

$15 per hour.
