- Safety Compliance: Ensure the property adheres to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Incident Management: Investigate and report any incidents involving residents, employees, or vendors.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- 2-3 years of property management experience.
- Proven leadership experience.
