Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Operate the property within established financial guidelines to maximize profitability.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct daily physical inspections and coordinate effectively with the maintenance team.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and inspire staff, managing schedules, delegating tasks, and resolving conflicts.
  • Recruitment: Attract and hire talented property employees to build a strong team.
  • Leasing Excellence: Achieve leasing goals through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service.
  • Resident Relations: Handle resident requests and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage essential reporting and documentation efficiently.
  • Resident Retention: Develop and implement engaging resident retention programs, such as newsletters and social events.
  • Marketing Strategies: Create and execute innovative marketing and advertising initiatives for the property.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure the property adheres to all safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Incident Management: Investigate and report any incidents involving residents, employees, or vendors.
Requirements
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • 2-3 years of property management experience.
  • Proven leadership experience.
