Regional Geophysics Manager – Terracon Terracon is a 100 % employee‑owned multidisciplinary consulting firm focused on solving engineering and technical challenges across more than 180 locations nationwide. • Oversee regional geophysics teams, ensuring consistent operations, training, and equipment utilization.
• Partner with national and regional managers to grow revenue, standardize policies, and deliver coordinated services.
• Monitor team performance through site visits, safety incident investigations, quality audits and metrics.
• Execute geophysics business initiatives for the Southeast Division offices.
• Provide safety, quality, and production oversight, recommending improvements to national leadership.
• Lead geophysical marketing activities, including pricing and planning.
• Recruit, interview and select team members throughout the Southeast Division.
• Manage project risk: ensure contracts are fully executed, monitor compliance with corporate risk policies, and hold managers accountable.
• Communicate safety initiatives and enforce safety rules and guidelines for the office and region.
• Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects, ensuring best practices and holding managers accountable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology/Geophysics) and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 14 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
