A reputable and established commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects and drive project teams forward. This opportunity is ideal for someone who values autonomy, stability, and a clear path into higher leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large commercial construction projects
• Oversee subcontractors, project teams, and client communication
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders
• Ensure project quality, safety, and on-time completion
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant PMs

Qualifications

• 1-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects independently
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience with construction management software (Procore a plus)
