The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:
Leadership for NA Facilities Service Center team for invoice approvals, capex / opex coding, asset onboarding, facilities work order lifecycle and supplier contract adherence. Responsible for strategic work to bring in other responsibilities into this organization building up new knowledge and capabilities. Leadership for Nuvolo Facility Maintenance System processes, vendor onboarding, ticket management and operational training. Key partner for Nuvolo platform management and new development implementation Lead our CGI Facilities Work Order dispatch partner managing performance, process improvements and KPI tracking.
Oversee Nuvolo and Service Now platform support, asset management processes, work order improvements, and operational enablement across teams. Support regional initiatives including procurement transformation, facilities operations, vendor support, training, and system process improvements. Engage BU teams with Project Tool and ensure ongoing collaborations with finance, fixed assets, procurement and accounting. Data analysis to identify and drive actions focused on root cause identification, improved efficiency and reducing costs.
Drive customer focused KPI tracking and equipment uptime to become industry best in class. Support development and implement industry leading preventative maintenance programs designed to improve uptime and extend equipment life cycles while reducing costs. Support asset management program leveraging Nuvolo as the base platform management system. Collaborates with NA Facility Reliability Team and BU Facilities team to drive store equipment, building maintenance supplier and internal tech performance KPI tracking management and accountability.
Improves efficiency of Facilities Team processes by evaluating system results, recommending new systems, policies and procedures; implements revisions. Ensures store equipment parts management module is implemented and ongoing managements tying all parts usage to a work order. Work closely with BUs for parts inventory management processes. Partner with Project Management team for structured project management for assigned project activities with agreed upon decision gates at appropriate times, secure understanding and buy-in ensuring effective implementation with high success rates.
Collaborate with our BU’s identifying gaps and learnings. Document action items, coordinate solutions, set timing and communication process with Facility team members until complete. Ensure global framework standards and guidelines are clear and followed. Analyze effectiveness and performance of store systems, provide reporting and offer input for improvements; how to minimize costs and maintain quality/safety standards. Flexible with working hours and travel to support all global ways of working.
Ownership of short to mid-term (1-3 years) strategy execution and operational direction in alignment with Circle K objectives. Decisions have a serious impact on the overall success or failure on area of accountability. Interacts with executive leadership and others concerning matters of significance to Circle K.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Minimum 10 years experience including a minimum of seven years of management responsibility working in FMCG & retail. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted. Fuel Management experience. Project Management training or competencies. Design training or competencies. Extensive experience in leadership, team building, project management and training.
Strong skills in collaboration, cooperation, communication and organization Experienced with relevant Microsoft business suite software and other industry programs Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written Experience leading R& M customer service and dispatch desks Experience managing account portfolios preferred.
