Division Manager is responsible to the District Vice President or District
Manager for all functions of management of the assigned division, including but not limited to Marketing, Project Management, Production and Operations . It is their responsibility to assure that the division achieves the aims and goals set for it while operating in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Summary:

Work will consist of knowledge of installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the commercial, industrial and residential electrical construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the assigned division implementing plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives, insuring profitable growth and fulfilling the company's commitment to the community.
• Management and function of the division.
• Monitor and control short-term and long-range plans consistent with overall profit and growth objectives, including the division’s strategic plan.
• Provide key management direction to management and supervisory personnel motivating them to function as a cohesive organization.
• Encourage the development of company spirit exemplifying fairness, creativity, integrity and healthy aggressiveness while producing maximum benefit to the employees, LLC members , customers and community.
• Interact with other management personnel to foster general information exchange and to maintain a harmonious working relationship with all divisions/departments.
