Garnish Extension Studio is a luxury salon specializing in hair extensions and related services. We believe amazing hair can boost confidence and empower bold moves. We are the number one extension studio on the east coast and we are looking for an operations manager to join our team, a role we call Super Desk.
In this role, you’ll be a key member of our leadership team, working with the salon owner and Brand Director to execute daily operations tasks to ensure the studio workflow and social media reach. You’ll liaise with our network of vendors, merchandisers, and guests to contribute to our growth by improving and implementing the systems that have supported our success thus far.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary brand contact with vendors, managing and cultivating relationships with merchandisers to ensure we carry appropriate products for our services.
- Collaborate on the development of new systems and take on projects with management to drive growth.
- Manage product inventory including hair from vendors and products from retailers.
- Lead our operations processes, prioritizing client communication and team needs.
- Create day-to-day content to support the in-studio POV on Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Experience in management and customer service; beauty industry experience is a big plus.
- Willingness to become proficient in salon software; we are a paperless company and use several productivity tools for internal communications and organization.
- Experience managing a team and a belief in mentoring and growing talent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, even in stressful moments.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram and Tik Tok) and ability to offer light editing for day-to-day videos (IG stories).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31,200.00 - $37,440.00 per year
