Role OverviewLocation: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full‑time | Salaried Exempt | Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package
- Lead engineering training programs for maintenance teams across press operations.
- Establish preventive maintenance and repair standards for press equipment.
- Provide advanced technical support for complex press diagnostics and repairs.
- Support press installations, relocations, and major equipment upgrades.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with press OEMs and key suppliers.
- Drive process improvements that enhance quality, productivity, and equipment uptime.
- Partner with leadership to support operational excellence initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent technical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in press installation, maintenance, or advanced technical support.
- Deep expertise in press technologies, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Spanish language proficiency a plus.
