Supply Clerk

Objective: These individuals unload merchandise from incoming freight and move it to the appropriate location in the production and storage areas. This individual ensures all items received are done so with strict adherence to our quality standards. This individual may also operate warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack and scissor lift and must do so safely.

Pay: $16 Per hour

Schedule: 8 am - 4:30 pm Sunday - Thursday

• Ensure all incoming deliveries are received and put away correctly and completely each day.
• Accurately complete all quality control procedures and documents as part of the receiving process.
• Complete all receiving documentation
• Record and report any discrepancies with shipments to supply office
• Perform all duties in the safest manner possible
• Report potential hazards and unsafe work conditions to Asst. Manager or Manager
• Perform regular counts of stored materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping area, loading dock, and trash areas
• Complete daily quality logs
• Work closely with the production department to ensure proper stock and inventory of needed materials
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and inspected according to operating procedures
• Adhere to shipping policies/procedures and regulatory compliance procedures
