Job Summary

As a maintenance technician, your responsibilities include installing equipment, maintaining mechanical systems, and repairing machines.

Job Responsibilities

• Works under close supervision.
• Sets up, adjusts, performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality.
• Performs scheduled maintenance.
• Conducts preventive maintenance checks and inspections of assigned equipment, reports to Maintenance Supervisor, and takes appropriate action.
• Analyzes mechanical and operational problems, makes necessary corrections, and adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.

Job Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memo.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturers' instructions, blueprints, and isometric drawings.
• Ability to safely use power and hand tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• High school graduate or GED desired.
• Concrete knowledge is desired.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
