Schedule:
Mon–Fri, some weekends, early starts. Seasonal overtime. Some night work.
Responsibilities:
- Prep, clean, and mask surfaces
- Apply sealcoat by spray and squeegee
- Mix material and run the sealcoat rig
Requirements:
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with night work
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
Advancement:
Path to Crew Lead on maintenance crews, or cross-train into paving. Steady year-round work.
