Systems Engineer
Trinity Partners in Raleigh seeks a Building Engineer I to oversee building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety. You will support daily operations, inspect equipment, and coordinate with the Property Manager and tenants to maintain high service standards.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, and ability to read blueprints and diagrams. On-site work with vendor coordination is expected.
