Marketing Coordinator

Wake Radiology | Raleigh, NC (this is an in-office position located in the North Hills area of Raleigh)
Reports to:Director of Business Development

Wake Radiology is looking for a motivated and organized
Marketing Representative
to support our marketing efforts and partner closely with our external marketing agency. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand awareness, supporting business development, and helping connect our services with the communities we serve.

Serve as the primary liaison between Wake Radiology and our marketing agency

Coordinate daily marketing activities and ensure smooth workflow

Obtain internal approvals for marketing materials

Collaborate with leadership to support marketing needs for events, practices, and imaging services

Assist with community outreach, sponsor ships, and promotional events

Manage inventory of marketing and promotional materials

Support public relations, advertising, website updates, social media, and Google listings

Help support internal communications and branding initiatives

Ensure Wake Radiology is always represented professionally and positively

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

At least 1 year of marketing experience preferred

Strong computer and organizational skills

Comfortable working with internal teams and external partners

Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable

Able to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs
