Job Description The Carolina Hurricanes are hiring a collaborative, data-driven Manager of Marketing to the organization's growth marketing efforts. The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive ticket sales, retail sales, fan acquisition, and fan engagement. This person, who will report to the Director of Marketing, will support the organization's paid advertising, email marketing, SMS marketing, mobile app marketing, and lead generation efforts while partnering across departments to deliver measurable business results.

** Responsibilities
* ** Support integrated marketing campaigns for ticket sales, premium seating, retail, events, and organizational initiatives
* Build, write, and finalize campaigns for email, SMS, mobile app, and lifecycle marketing campaigns
* Collaborate with the creative team on development of assets across paid, owned channels, broadcast inventory, and more
* Develop & traffic content for Hurricanes television network and other owned media channels to amplify organizational initiatives, drive fan engagement, and support revenue-generating campaigns
* Serve as primary liaison between merchandise, premium, community, ticketing, and other departments within the organization
* Compile campaign performance and provide actionable insights to marketing leadership for continued optimization
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute integrated marketing campaigns and support game nights and major organizational events
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in sports, entertainment, consumer, digital, or performance marketing
* Experience with email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
* Experience with SMS marketing and mobile app marketing
* Experience supporting paid digital advertising campaigns
* Experience sourcing, vetting, and managing influencer and creator relationships
* Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Passion for sports, live entertainment, and fan engagement
