Marketing Coordinator - Demand Generation

Leoforce is looking for an organized, curious, and digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to support the programs that create demand, engage prospective buyers, and contribute to pipeline growth.

This is a hands‑on role for someone early in their marketing career who wants exposure to the full demand generation engine of a growing AI SaaS company. You’ll help execute integrated campaigns across email, events, webinars, digital channels, and the Leoforce website while learning how marketing activity connects to pipeline and revenue.

The ideal candidate is a proactive builder who enjoys learning new technologies, solving problems, working across teams, and finding smarter ways to get work done.

• Support the execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, webinars, events, and other channels.
• Build and QA campaign assets, forms, landing pages, emails, lists, and related campaign components.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables across Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Product Marketing.
• Help track campaign engagement, lead flow, conversion, and pipeline performance.

• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, webinars, executive events, and other field marketing programs.
• Manage registrations, vendors, promotional materials, shipping, schedules, and other event details.
• Support pre‑event promotion and post‑event lead follow‑up and nurture.
• Help measure event engagement, opportunities, and pipeline influence.

• Build, test, schedule, and deploy marketing emails and nurture communications.
• Support audience segmentation, list management, campaign tracking, and database hygiene.
• Help maintain consistent campaign tagging, tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with Marketing and GTM Operations to improve campaign workflows and automation.

• Support day‑to‑day updates to Leoforce websites and landing pages.
• Publish and QA new pages, content, forms, links, CTAs, and other website updates.
• Monitor website functionality and coordinate fixes or improvements.
• Support SEO/AEO implementation, conversion optimization, and website performance initiatives.

• Use AI tools to accelerate campaign development, research, reporting, QA, and other marketing workflows.
• Experiment with new AI and automation capabilities that can improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Bring curiosity about how AI is changing both marketing and the audiences we serve.

• 0–2 years of marketing, communications, digital marketing, or related experience; relevant internships and hands‑on academic experience count.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, websites, or campaign execution.
• Interest in using data to understand marketing performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, CMS, analytics, or AI tools is helpful but not required.
