Indiana University Health Community Medicine is seeking aCertified Anesthesiologist Assistantor Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our growing team within the Indianapolis area!
Position Highlights:- Join an established team of Anesthesiologists and participate in the expansion of the anesthetist profession within our community medicine division.
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Days
- No weekend work or call
- Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities working with mostly adult patients including: ortho, general surgery, endoscopy, ophthalmology and occasionalpediatric cases
- Primary locations include
IU Health North, West, Saxony and Tipton Hospitals.
- Must hold currentACLSandPALScertifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
- Must have graduated with a Master’s degree from aCAAHEPaccredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program
- Must have passed the Certifying Examination for Anesthesiologist Assistants or theCDQexaminationand hold current certification
- Must have graduated from Master’s level Nurse Anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
- Must have passed the National Certification Examinationand hold current certification from the Council of Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
