• Complete initial in-home assessments and develop personalized care plans

• Conduct caregiver skill evaluations and supervisory visits

• Maintain accurate, compliant client and caregiver documentation

• Collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure exceptional client outcomes

• Active RN license in North Carolina (in good standing)

• 1+ year of nursing experience (geriatric experience a plus!)

• 6+ months of supervisory experience preferred

• A passion for senior care and comfort working independently

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a clean background
