Your Impact Conduct initial in-home assessments and create personalized care plans

Perform caregiver skill evaluations and supervisory visits

Ensure caregiver and client documentation is up to date and compliant

Collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal health and client satisfaction
What You Bring Active RN license in North Carolina (good standing)1 years of nursing experience, experience in geriatric nursing is a plus6 months in a supervisory role preferred

Passion for senior care and comfort working independently

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a clean background
