• A.D.N. or B.S.N. required; active Compact Nursing License accepted.
• Maintain an active license and meet renewal requirements.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems.

• Conduct pre‑ and post‑operative assessments, patient education, and wound evaluations.
• Support physicians during procedures; monitor patient vitals and safety.
• Administer and document medications; monitor lidocaine use and antibiotic prophylaxis.
• Preference for post‑op and/or OR circulator experience. Training provided if not required.

• Lead emergency drills; maintain Banyan Stat Kit and AED checks.
• Enforce HIPAA, PHI protections, and proper documentation.
• Conduct narcotic counts and monitor medication security.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with AAAHC.
• Participate in QA/QI initiatives and peer reviews.
• Ensure timely documentation, incident reporting, and follow‑ups.

• Assist with RN/LPN interviews and staff evaluations.
• Educate staff on safety protocols and clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager to ensure adequate medical staffing.

• Maintain sterile field and proper OR setup.
• Oversee equipment sterilization, stock levels, and clinic readiness.
• Complete daily/weekly logs and inspections per protocol.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs.; stand/walk for extended periods.
• Visual/hearing acuity and stress tolerance required.

Compensation: $33.92 USD - $42.39 USD per hour. Pay varies by location and may be adjusted based on experience, skills, and business needs. Full‑time employees may receive incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
