This role requires current NC RN licensure, 1+ year clinical experience, and willingness to travel across Wake, Durham, and Johnston counties with EMR documentation proficiency.
On-call shifts run Monday 5:30 PM through the following Monday 8:30 AM, with 2 weeks per month required for triage and visits. Prior home health experience is preferred, but not required.
