Resident Care Director - RN

The Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the clinical leader responsible for overseeing health, wellness, and care coordination within a community. They ensure high-quality, resident-centered services by driving clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and team performance.

• Leading and managing the nursing team and care programs
• Conducting resident assessments and overseeing Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Monitoring health changes and coordinating with physicians and clinical partners
• Overseeing medication management and infection control programs
• Driving Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state/provincial, and nursing regulations
• Recruiting, training, and managing clinical staff
• Managing staffing, scheduling, and department budget
• Partnering with Sales to evaluate move-in suitability

Registered Nurse (RN) license, leadership in clinical settings, ability to manage teams, regulatory knowledge, and strong communication skills.
