RN Patient Flow Navigator: Admissions & Transfers

Wake Med Health & Hospitals in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Patient Flow Coordinator, RN to facilitate admission, transfer, and bed planning for patients across the Wake Med System.

This role collaborates with providers in ED, OR/PACU, inpatient units and nursing leaders to ensure timely patient flow, bed assignment, and regulatory compliance.

Licensure:
Registered Nurse required;

Education:

Bachelor's in Nursing;

Experience:

5 years acute care; utilization management preferred.
