$17.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience, plus performance‑based bonuses and spiffs.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Treat/spray all necessary areas of properties on day‑to‑day routes.
• Gather/mix all products needed for the day.
• Keep track of KPIs and manage time appropriately.
• Complete enhancements if needed/if time allows (e.g., aeration, aeration/over seeding).

• Passion for working in the green industry.
• Ability to comfortably use apps on company phone/tablet.
• Previous experience in the turf care industry.
• Time‑management skills.
• Ability to follow directions and take pride in your work.
• Self‑motivated and driven.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work well with customers and coworkers.
• Efficient and detail‑oriented.
• Knowledge of small engine maintenance (plus).
• Knowledge of turf care treatments and standard practices (plus).
• Applicants must not be impaired by recreational drugs; drug testing before work starts and randomly thereafter; thorough national background check – disclose any criminal history during the phone interview.
