- Apply fertilizer, weed control, fungicides, and pest treatments using commercial spray rigs and equipment.
- Manage large commercial properties.
- Diagnose and treat turf issues such as weeds, pests, diseases, soil problems, and more.
- Maintain detailed service records for commercial clients.
- Ensure safe and proper operation of spray trucks, ride‑on units, and application tools.
- Provide clear, professional communication with clients, managers, and teammates.
- Represent Fine Turf with professionalism, quality, and ownership on every site.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of lawn care, agriculture, turf, or outdoor labor experience.
- Experience with commercial spraying or willingness to be trained.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset.
- Ability to work independently on large properties.
- Proactive, self‑motivated approach – you see what needs to be done and do it.
- Ability to obtain NC Pesticide Applicator License (we can help you get it).
- Professional references.
