Full‑time position based in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. This role requires an independent, outdoors, and reliable individual who can use a hose and van, perform heavy lifting and high‑temperature work, and solve problems on the field.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Treat/spray all necessary areas of properties on day‑to‑day routes.
• Gather and mix all products needed for the day.
• Keep track of KPIs and manage time appropriately.
• Complete enhancements if needed/if time allows (e.g., aeration, over‑seeding).

• Passion for working in the green industry.
• Ability to comfortably use apps on company phone or tablet.
• Previous experience in the turf care industry.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to follow directions and take pride in your work.
• Self‑motivated and driven.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work well with customers and coworkers.
• Efficient and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of small engine maintenance (plus).
• Knowledge of turf care treatments and standard practices (plus).

• $17 – $23 per hour based on experience.
• Monday–Thursday 10‑hour workdays; 40‑hour week with overtime on Fridays during peak season.
