Residential Spray Technician

Full‑time position based in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. This role requires an independent, outdoors, and reliable individual who can use a hose and van, perform heavy lifting and high‑temperature work, and solve problems on the field.
Responsibilities- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Treat/spray all necessary areas of properties on day‑to‑day routes.
- Gather and mix all products needed for the day.
- Keep track of KPIs and manage time appropriately.
- Complete enhancements if needed/if time allows (e.g., aeration, over‑seeding).
- Passion for working in the green industry.
- Ability to comfortably use apps on company phone or tablet.
- Previous experience in the turf care industry.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to follow directions and take pride in your work.
- Self‑motivated and driven.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work well with customers and coworkers.
- Efficient and detail oriented.
- Knowledge of small engine maintenance (plus).
- Knowledge of turf care treatments and standard practices (plus).
- $17 – $23 per hour based on experience.
- Monday–Thursday 10‑hour workdays; 40‑hour week with overtime on Fridays during peak season.
