• Manage and enforce QA/QC programs for HVAC and plumbing systems on high‑spec projects.
• Conduct inspections, review documentation, and verify compliance with specs, codes, and standards.
• Interface with engineers, clients, and inspectors to resolve quality concerns proactively.
• Track and close punch‑list items while maintaining detailed QA/QC records.
• Promote a proactive, jobsite‑wide culture of quality, accountability, and safety.

• 7 or more years of QA/QC experience on mechanical scopes in data center, cleanroom, or pharma environments.
• Familiarity with cleanroom validation, pressure testing, and mission‑critical system requirements.
• Strong documentation, field coordination, and audit skills.
• Working knowledge of ASME, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and relevant industry standards.
• OSHA 30 or CxA certification preferred.
