Commercial Real Estate Banker/Broker

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Banker/Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of commercial real estate and sales. The position will focus on Commercial Real Estate Debt, Equity and/or Investment sales. We will train the right candidate with no or limited experience. This is a commission‑based position.

• Training & development

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Work with senior Managing Director on existing accounts to process new leads and analyze new deals.
• Drive leads through interacting with new clients.
• Problem‑solve for complex financing solutions with commercial properties.
• Use Excel and PowerPoint to analyze deals and market them to lenders or other sources.
• Secure the best terms for the client.
• Follow up through the underwriting process to closing.
• Help with post‑closing asset management.
