Laboratory Cryogenic Product Development Manager

Our client is seeking a Laboratory Cryogenic Product Development Manager who will be responsible for leading the development of cryogenic products for laboratory applications. The successful candidate will have expertise in temperature platforms of 77K, 4K, 1.5K, or millikelvins, as well as experience working in a high vacuum or ultra-high vacuum (HV/UHV) environment.

Some of the key responsibilities:

• Leading the development of cryogenic products for laboratory applications, including temperature platforms of 77K, 4K, 1.5K, or millikelvins, in a HV/UHV vacuum environment.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop product specifications, and ensure that products meet customer needs and market demands.
• Conducting research and development to identify new materials, technologies, and processes that can improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of cryogenic products.
• Managing product development projects from concept through commercialization, including developing project timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensuring that all cryogenic products are designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant safety and regulatory standards.

Candidates should have a strong background in cryogenic product development, as well as experience working in a laboratory environment with temperature platforms of 77K, 4K, 1.5K, or millikelvins, in a HV/UHV vacuum environment.
