Temporary Research Technician

Operate drone platforms to collect data for research projects, process and analyze the data in a timely manner, and explore potential applications to boost the efficiency of field management.

• Previous experience or course work in crop production and precision agriculture technologies
• Experience with drones
• Experience with computer vision/image processing (Matlab or Python)
• Experience with GIS software for precision agriculture

• Experience with drone data analysis software

Final candidates are subject to criminal & sex offender background checks. Some vacancies also require credit or motor vehicle checks. Degree(s) must be obtained prior to start date in order to meet qualifications and receive credit.
