Serve resident meals in a timely manner and reset tables for the next meal. Provide room trays as needed. Uphold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization. Ensure food quality, appearance, and presentation meet policy and procedure. Deliver dining room appearance that promotes hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere.

• Serve resident meals and reset tables.
• Prepare room trays as requested.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and sanitation.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards.
• Operate dining room fully staffed, operational, and stocked.
• Serve with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Know serving, preparation, and shift organization.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders, provide service, and answer menu questions graciously.
• Clear dishes during and after service and assist with dishwashing.
• Serve customers using proper etiquette and promote inviting dining atmosphere.
• Know diets and serve correctly per policy and procedure.
• Uphold hospitality culture expectations in all interactions with residents, employees, and guests.

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
• Team player.
• Reliable.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Required to receive the annual flu vaccine, excluding religious or medical exemptions.
