About

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our Operations team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while adhering to food safety standards. This hourly, part-time position is perfect for individuals passionate about culinary arts and contributing to a team-oriented kitchen environment.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and established guidelines.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented to the company's quality standards.
  • Handle food storage and comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain kitchen efficiency and workflow.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized during and after shifts.
  • Support a positive kitchen atmosphere by working well in a team and communicating effectively with colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and management.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality meals and maintaining kitchen standards.
