Job Description – Responsible for providing timely, accurate, and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests.

• Open and close bar
• Make and serve drinks
• Clean tables and bar area
• Maintain storage room where alcohol is kept and keep inventory levels
• Restock items when necessary
• Mix ingredients (liquor, soda, water, sugar, bitters) to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Display knowledge of all menu items, contents, and preparation methods
• Be knowledgeable of hotel property and amenities

• Previous bartending experience or training required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Knowledge of the Micros operating system is a plus
• Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (up to 40 lbs)
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Clean background check and reliable transportation are musts
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Open availability for evenings and weekends
• 1–2 years of experience making craft cocktails
• Bar lead experience is a plus
