This full-time, on-site position presents an exciting opportunity to lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences in the hospitality industry.
As a Restaurant Multi-Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations. You will be responsible for driving profitability, enhancing guest satisfaction, and fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation. Your leadership will be crucial in implementing best practices and achieving our strategic goals for growth and success.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within our dynamic company culture.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance profitability
- Lead, mentor, and train restaurant managers and staff
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and key metrics
- Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and address customer feedback
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote restaurant offerings
- Manage inventory and supply chain processes effectively
- Ensure exceptional food quality and service standards
- Foster a positive work environment and team dynamics
- Proven experience as a Multi-Unit Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in restaurant management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
