We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success. You will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and motivate your team to deliver a delicious experience every time.

• Leading the Team:
  Hiring, training, and supervising a team of pizza‑loving employees; fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensuring Operational Efficiency:
  Managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Delivering Outstanding Customer Service:
  Resolving customer issues, ensuring quality standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Driving Sales and Profitability:
  Implementing marketing initiatives, controlling costs, and analyzing financial performance to meet business objectives.
• Maintaining a spotless, safe, and inviting store that reflects our commitment to quality and cleanliness.

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a passion for developing others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
