Job Overview

The Servers @ The Cardinal at North Hills provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests.

Full‑time: 11:30 am–8:30 pm and every other weekend.

Part‑time: 3:30 pm–9:30 pm – weekends required.

$16.00 hr. Paid vacation, sick time, and 7 paid holidays. Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401 k. Free meal each shift.

• Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests.
• Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• A passion for excellence.

• High school graduate preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of dining experience.
• Only candidates with prior serving experience will be considered.
