Role Summary :

Responsibilities :

The key duties include, but are not limited to:

• Bringing passion for food with an energetic and fun attitude daily
• Preparing items for the line according to recipes and portion controls
• Following prep lists daily
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of food products in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Minimizing food waste and theft, ensuring proper storage, requisitions, safety, and sanitation
• Cleaning food prep areas and equipment after use
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure an extraordinary dining experience
• Maintaining a professional appearance with proper culinary attire
• Following standard operating procedures, safety, sanitation, and preventative maintenance
• Sanitizing high-contact areas regularly
• Using Personal Protective Equipment appropriately
• Adapting to cleaning tasks as needed
• Monitoring safety and security issues and reporting to management
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Completion of basic food handling training and required certifications or permits
• For roles involving alcohol, completion of Safe Alcohol Service training
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Consistent attendance
• Energetic and friendly attitude during shifts
• Excellent Guest service skills
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to follow directions and respond with urgency

Physical and Environmental Requirements :

• Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, walking, and reaching regularly in the theater environment
• Moderate to high noise levels at times
• Ability to stand for extended periods
