The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience. You will assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, leveraging Sally Beauty's training and your passion for beauty.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend products and inform customers of promotions.
• Arrange merchandise and advertising displays.
• Enroll customers in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to follow product knowledge training.
• Ability to read and explain labels.
• Follow directions and perform assigned duties.

• Lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Stand for long periods, walk, bend, reach, and lift moderately heavy items.
