Bailey’s Fine Jewelry is seeking a Loose Diamond Client Services Specialist to join our GEMLAB team at our flagship store in the Village District. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, service, and supporting a high‑performing sales team with expert‑level sourcing and diamond operations.

• Support Store Teams & Enhance Client Experience
• Serve as the go‑to resource for all loose diamond memo call activity across our store network
• Ensure every diamond request includes complete discovery (4
  
  Cs, budget, preferences, timeline)
• Empower sales teams by providing fast, knowledgeable, solution‑focused support
• Process Patron Consignment and Street Buy watches into inventory and repair flow accurately
• Manage Memo Activity & Vendor Fulfillment
• Source high‑quality diamonds from our preferred vendor network, with a focus on both margin and beauty
• Track all memo requests in our Adaptive system and manage associated purchase orders
• Accurately receive and update inventory for all memo stones and handle returnstovendor (RTVs)
• Ship, receive, and negotiate Quick Pay pricing where applicable
• Support GEMLAB Operations
• Handle intake and testing for incoming memo and special‑order stones
• Perform first round quality control on diamonds and bridal merchandise
• Manage the Virtual Diamond Boutique system (if active), including associate training and vendor accessibility
• Collaborate on Vendor Strategy
• Work closely with our Senior Bridal Buyer to align sourcing with buying strategy
• Maintain strong, professional vendor relationships through proactive communication and follow‑through

• Experienced in loose diamonds, ideally with a background in retail jewelry operations or sourcing
• Knowledgeable about diamond grading, quality, and market sourcing
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable working in a high‑stakes, fast‑paced environment
• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with both store teams and vendors
• GIA Graduate Gemologist (GG) preferred or willing to pursue GG or Diamond Certification
