Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Merchandisers to support our gift‑card program in the Raleigh North region (Raleigh, Knightdale and Wake Forest). The role is part‑time, with daytime hours only. Merchandisers will serve multiple retailers, ensuring gift‑card fixtures are populated, in plan‑ogram order and fully stocked.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned merchandising projects within the designated territory.
• Participate in weekly conference calls and submit call‑report questions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store management.
• Conduct all merchandising activities, including set‑ups, resets, new‑item cut‑ins and signage placement.
• Perform out‑of‑stock reports, inventory checks and process returns.
• Complete audits and cover other stores as needed for vacation coverage.
• Use the web‑portal reporting system from a wireless tablet or phone.

Qualifications

• Merchandising and/or retail experience.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, car insurance and excellent driving record.
• Successful completion of a background check, drug screen and driving‑record check.
• Own a smartphone or tablet with a minimum 2 GB/month data plan.
• Compatible device: iPhone 11 or newer, iPad with iOS 18+ or Android device on the latest two OS versions (v12‑v13).
• Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
• Ability to remain flexible and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for gift cards.

Physical Demands

• Frequent bending, squatting and arm extensions; standing for long periods.
• Lift and transport boxes up to 30 lbs.
• Move fixtures on wheels and read smartphone/tablet directions.

Benefits

Pay is based on experience, education and certifications. Additional benefits include drive‑time pay equal to in‑store hourly rates, 70 cents per mile reimbursement, monthly app stipend, annual and merit pay increases, and other incentives.
