As a SERVPRO Team Edwards Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. In this role, you need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online), and be motivated by sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and effectively educate clients about brand benefits.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in your sales territory through daily marketing calls.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes.
• Utilize marketing software to document calls and track all lead activity and opportunities.
• Provide management with revenue updates and reports for your sales territory.
• Achieve and exceed sales territory goals to increase revenue.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least two years of direct sales experience.
• Strong process and results-driven attitude.
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.

Skills/Physical Demands/

Competencies:

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
