This remote role will drive sales and build relationships with key decision‑makers in K‑12 schools and public libraries throughout your territory.

Our dedicated team works closely with clients to offer cutting‑edge products—including furniture, supplies, and learning materials—that enhance the educational experience.

• Start your day with purpose: review your pipeline, follow up on yesterday’s conversations, and plan your outbound call and email strategy.
• Connect and engage: spend a good portion of your day reaching out to K‑12 schools and public libraries to introduce innovative learning‑space and furniture solutions, uncover needs, and identify new opportunities.
• Get out in the field: schedule and attend in‑person or virtual meetings with educators, administrators, and library leaders to build relationships and showcase how our products transform learning environments.
• Hands‑on collaboration: visit customer sites to take measurements, capture photos, and partner with design teams to ensure every proposal is accurate and inspiring.
• Represent and network: participate in regional trade shows, engaging with attendees, demonstrating solutions, and helping grow our brand presence in the education and library markets.
• End with impact: log activity in the CRM, coordinate with internal teams on next steps for active opportunities, and celebrate wins—both big and small—as you work toward exceeding your goals.

• Education & Experience:
  
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Sales Drive:
  Prior experience with outbound prospecting or cold calling is highly preferred—you’re energized by connecting with new people and uncovering opportunities.
• Physical Readiness:
  Able to participate in trade shows, including setup and breakdown, and occasionally assist with on‑site installations or sample deliveries.

Competitive salary of $50,000–$60,000, a variable uncapped commission plan that pays $15,000 at quota, and comprehensive benefits.
