In‑Home Sales Representative
Average reps can make $200k‑$300k/yr with uncapped earnings! We are looking for motivated individuals to bring homeowners into the Renuity experience, visiting their homes to demonstrate our products and services.
What we offer- Base salary + sales commission + performance bonus earning opportunity
- Average earning potential of $200k‑$300k/yr
- All leads provided to you – 2‑3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments a day – no cold‑calling or lead generation required

The Role
- Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our products and services
- Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
- Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in customer service to generate repeat business
- Ability to work evenings and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evenings)
- In‑home sales, outside sales, or B2C sales experience preferred
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Self‑motivated and results oriented
- Ability to attend one‑time training session in Madison, WI
