Account Representative to join our team and serve as the key connection point between our clients and our company. In this role, you’ll manage ongoing accounts, support customer needs, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure every client receives outstanding service from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, energetic, and excited about contributing to a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients or customers.
- Build strong, trusting relationships through consistent communication and follow‑up.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored recommendations.
- Manage account activity including renewals, updates, product education, and service requests.
- Conduct outbound outreach to check in on accounts, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Track performance metrics, service issues, and growth opportunities in the CRM.
- Support new client onboarding by ensuring smooth transitions and clear expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to resolve issues quickly.
- Present product updates, promotions, or new service options to existing clients.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities that align with customer needs.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and account summaries for leadership.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness at all times.
- Strong communicator who enjoys working directly with clients.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts at once.
- Problem‑solver with a customer‑first mindset.
- Confident presenting products, services, and solutions to clients.
- Motivated by hitting targets and helping clients succeed.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong follow‑through.
- 1–3 years in account management, sales, customer success, or customer service.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Background in marketing, SaaS, events, or retail sales.
