VIP Formal Wear is hiring a full-time Formalwear Sales Specialist for our Raleigh stores.

We've been in business for over 50 years
, specializing in tuxedo and suit rentals and sales. We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, professional, and good with people
.

This is NOT a sit-behind-the-counter retail job. You'll work directly with customers, help them choose what to wear, take measurements, build rental orders, make sales, and make sure they leave the store confident about how they look.

• Help customers select suits, tuxedos, shirts, shoes, and accessories
• Measure customers and help ensure proper fit
• Build and manage tuxedo rental orders
• Work with wedding parties and groups
• Sell formal wear and accessories
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle customer questions and solve problems
• Receive, organize, inspect, and prepare garments
• Process rental returns and prepare garments for future customers
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and professional
• Work with the rest of the team to keep the store running efficiently

Previous experience in suits, tuxedos, men's clothing, retail sales, tailoring, or customer service is a PLUS — but it is not required. We will train the right person.

You enjoy working with people, don't mind staying busy, and like the satisfaction of helping someone find exactly what they need.

You don't need to know everything about formal wear when you start. We can teach you the business. What we can't teach is reliability, work ethic, and a good attitude.
